Order Processing
All orders are processed from our fulfilment centre in Abuja, FCT. We aim to dispatch every confirmed order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 pm WAT or over the weekend are processed the following business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves us.
Note: During peak periods — sales, new collection launches — processing may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

We currently ship to all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier conditions.

International Shipping
We are currently setting up international delivery. If you are outside Nigeria and wish to place an order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Common Tracking Statuses
- Processing — your order has been confirmed and is being prepared
- Dispatched — your parcel has left our facility and is with the courier
- Out for Delivery — your parcel is on its way to your address today
- Delivered — your parcel has been delivered
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically try again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel is held at the depot for 5 days before being returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.
