About Marset
Marset is a premium sportswear brand based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. We design and sell performance and lifestyle sportswear to customers within Nigeria and internationally. All transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
Use of the Website

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. We do not store payment card details — all transactions are handled by Paystack's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
Your order will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed.
If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines and costs are detailed in our Shipping Info page. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
